No break in between books unfortunately, Slayed is due in a few weeks, but is proving a lot of fun to write, plus I get to watch Temple of Doom this weekend for 'research'. (I really only need to watch the end, but if there's time hubby and I will watch the whole thing

My characters in Slayed will be debating the pros and cons of summoning angels to help them and one is afraid his face will melt off ala Temple of Doom. It's been a long time since I've seen it so I want to go back and watch it again to make sure I'm remembering it correctly.

As for the cover, the magician definately conveys the menacing tone that the is in the book. It's not all happy bunnies. : )
