Here is the deal.. I found a sweet house... and a slew of flaky potential roommates. It is a five bedroom/three bath in Winter Park, off Pennsylvania, by Park Ave. Fenced in yard, washer, dryer, basketball hoop, etc. I need someone to move in around October 1st. Sweet. Well there is a revise to this. It will not be 400 for the first month, it will be 275 or 295 per month depending on which room. Who is this friend??

I know this listing is a little old but...Do you know of any place my wife and I can move to in Winter park? We were hoping to rent something but we can't find any places to rent online. We have a nine month old baby and I may be moving there for a job at Wells Fargo. Is there any hope of finding a place?
