I am completely in love with my boss, not in a romantic way, but in a "wow, you're so incredibly reasonable, supportive, and good humored" sort of way.

How can I tell my boss I appreciate her, without coming off as being brown-nosey?

I gave Ian's boss flowers not too long ago; it was just a little bouquet in a smiley face mug, but I think little gestures like that are appreciated.
(Come to think of it, I gave my bosses flowers last year, too.)
