PBL has turned into PBhelL.  Dr. Crane is possibly the most obnoxious person in the world.  Tuesday evening, he looked at me and said, "Amanda, you will the patient for the next case.  It's perfect for you".  The patient is a 21 year old female who is mildly retarded, has facial hair (hirsudism), and who has fat in her upper back and shoulders.
