Happy New Year everyone!
My New Years Resolution is lose 35 pounds. Starting this week I will excersise every day a little until i work up to a full work out 3 times a week. I have a Health Rider at home and I am going to use it. I will have discipline for one year and see where my weight is next January. WISH ME LUCK!
