Today was fantastic!! I got so overheated on my run that i had my dad come pick me up, and when we got back to Marist someone had smashed in the window of my car and stole my purse! hooray! Apparently it happened to 8 other people in the area. They didnt get anything. Not even my phone. We canceled my debit card. So they got a bunch of makeup. I ( Read more... )

don't get overheated... drink water.
was your phone in the car, and did you consider that if they didn't take it, maybe that's because it's pink? :P

That sucks, but, hey, it coulda been worse.

Oh - I did? - right - ok...
um... that sounds very random and pretty unpleasant. I have my suspicions on who did it, but I'll keep them to myself.

That's not very comforting news to hear when your house is half a mile away from the crime scene.

I do appologize if my words seem harsh or uncaring (after all, I am sorry that someone had the nerve to break into a car - especially Amanda's - in a catholic school parking lot), but come on people. That sucks? That's the best you can come up with?

just kidding amanda.
we're not going to come up with some witty crazy thing about how we had the same thing happen to us... she knows (hopefully) we empathize but there's nothing we can do to change the situation. "that sucks" is the common english euphamism for said phrase.

Oh puppy, I'm so sorry. And at Marist of all places. Someone wrote mean things on my dry erase board in the middle of the night. Okay so still not the same as getting car robbed, but I sympathize.
