dude- there is at last one perth community. Except it's fairly dead. Maybe we should take it over?

All users on lj would end up 'knowing' each other by 2° of separation anyway: that's just the way lj is. Go figure.

But consider that the lj users in perth represent about 0.0001% of the actual population. I think the actual separation within Perth (not on lj) would be about 3 (population of 1.3m, 200 'friends' each - solidarity factor which is pretty high).

So, where's that penny?
