Light blue suede platform sneakers by City Snappers. I bought these from Gadzooks back in 1998. Platform has been coated with sparkly silver nail polish (I did this myself. :) ), which is peeling in some spots. Size 7.5, fits like an 8. Platform is 2 inches high.
