What does your name mean? It's sooo hard to pronounce!

lol. It's not that hard to pronouce. AM as in spam, A as in, uh, yaba daba doo, THER as in THought and AIR, and AN as in an. Am-a-THER-an. Hem.

I use this name because the one I should use (Protege)is always taken. It may as well be nonsense, except it isn't. Amathera is the name of a (dumb) fantasy world I made up in gr.7.

The more I think about that world, the less I can believe that I could come up with something so lame. I mean, it was really, really bad.

You'll probably find this funny, but it's practically an honor to get a comment from prodigious, ranting, I-actually-have-a-life Meris-Ann. So thanks.

Did you choose those for any reason?

Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.

We were driving home from one of the Mission Folk Festivals, just you and me, and you (looking like you were enjoying yourself far too much) turned the heat on full blast, rolled the windows down all the way, turned the music (Fiona, I think) up to 150 decibels, and just revved it on an empty stretch of highway. It was neat, all the contrast and the teenagerness of it.
