Have a Chinese New Year potluck today at work. Mum n I cooked up a batch of fried wontons, and I even hecka overstuffed a few, creating the world's first SUPER WONTONS..lol..

Man, what kind of world is this when you're dying to see U2, you miss buying tix on two sold-out shows within hours of them being available at the box office, and 800 pairs of tix suddenly wind up on E-Bay for 2-3 times the cost? So wrong...:)

This weekend stayed in on Friday night, juz doing stuff in my room. Saturday ran some errands, then hit the clubs in SF with J. Was pretty fun, though the music kinda became tiringly monotone after about an hour. Afterward, we hit the Krispy Kreme in Union City for some after-midnight donuts. That was fun.

It's been a busy weekend, but I'll have to write about it more tomorrow since gotta head to bed to start off yet another work week!

This morning traffic was horrific. It took me an hour to get to the auto garage in Mountain View before work to put my car in for a 105,000 mile tune up. I was late by 20 minutes, and the shop owner wasn't there for all the effort and stress I had gone through on the freeway. I get along the easiest and best with people who can not only answer questions but also ask me questions as well, showing their interest in our chat or friendship. Tonight watched "Meet the Fockers," the sequel to the hilarious "Meet the Parents" movie. I thot "Meet the Fockers" was absolutely funny and better than I had expected from the banal commercials which had kept me at bay from seeing it. And for once, Barbra Streisand did not annoy me, playing the role of Greg's mother in this flick.
