"You're excused," the man replied with a slight smirk to his lips. He hadn't meant to shove the girl so hard, he was thrown around himself. Once he realized who he was talking to, Gosford's eyes widened.
"I-" Allie began, but was cut off as a passer-by wacked her with his briefcase. Normally, she would've followed the man, expressing her anger verbally to him. Not now, though. She'd just tough it out.
"I work a little bit away, but I'm kind of" She laughed a little, bashfully looking down at her toes, "I'm lost, really."
