So I went to high school with this guy. I had no idea he was semi-famous. (I've never seen Prison Break, and I guess the whole Jessica Simpson thing overshadowed anyone else in our class' attempt at stardom.) I didn't know him well... I want to say he was in my junior high Spanish class. If I remember correctly, he was not a very nice guy

i've been wondering the same thing. i only read about the accident briefly on various online blogs/news sources... but when i got to school today, the prof i TA for was on the phone with one of her daughters, talking about how her youngest daughter who is a senior in HS is totally distraught because one of her classmates at Beverly Hills HS was killed in a car accident Saturday night. So... he didn't know any of the teenagers in the car. But he is going to be in huge trouble because he allegedly bought them alcohol AND was driving drunk.

So unfortunate and sad.
