Sally's reports on the humans and other aliens she has encountered:
Civilians
Spike (buffysbitch ): Sally's only met Spike once, but in that time he was sort of okay with her plan to kill all the unicorns and the moat monster in one fell swoop, so she imagines that he can't be too bad, even if he wears makeup and then denies it. He doesn't seem very afraid of scary creatures.
Gwen Cooper (alien_catcher ): Sally knows that Gwen works for 'Torchwood' that specializes in strange phenomena. Believes her name to be 'GwenGwen Cooper'.
Tony Stark (titaniumalloy ): Sally is completely enamored of Tony: not only is he remarkably attractive, and nice to her, but he also possesses advanced weapons tech, can rebuild a tank from scratch, and doesn't seem offput by her strangeness, but rather, drawn to it. She knows that he's an electrical engineer from LA, but doesn't know that he is Iron Man. They kissed at the dance, and she sincerely considered telling him about her identity as an alien. She did reveal to him that she's in the military and on a mission, but didn't get any further.
Alex Drake (poshmouthytart ): Alex seems mostly harmless to Sally, who admittedly didn't endear herself to the woman during their brief encounter. Sally really needs to learn how to make friends. :(
Reinette (
ambitious_woman ): Honestly, Sally doesn't know Reinette at all. Rather, the woman is a source of terrible guilt for Sally, who thinks that she should have been able to save her life.
Dairine (
redfive_wizard ): Dairine saved Tony's life, so she's definitely on Sally's good side. Except then she went evil, but Sally sort of recognizes that that wasn't her fault.
Sam Winchester (huntedhunter ): Physically at least, Sam reminds Sally of Tommy a bit. She knows that he's dealt with weird things for a long time, and he did kill the unicorn, so she sees him as quite capable.
Edward Cullen (doitthoroughly ): Edward seemed nice enough. Sally stole his coat. She noticed he has funny eyes.
Bella Swan (
loving_lamb ): Sally was a bit too preoccupied to form any real impression of Bella.
Abby Sciuto (forensicjunkie ): Abby saved both Sally's life and hair, so she definitely likes her. Together, they fought off Dairine and Tony when they were possessed, and brought them back to their senses.
Annie Cartwright (anniecartwright ): Annie seems way more like a talker than a do-er, which makes conversation with her very frustrating for Sally. She also broke the bad news about being trapped here to her, which means that Sally has illogical negative feelings for her in connotation to that.
Spencer Reid (
reid_in_peril ): Sally's acquaintance with Reid was very short. During that time, she felt bad because he got killed, but thought he had a good head on his shoulders since he had a fire poker ready to fight the demons.
Chris Skelton (takeoffthenoose ): Chris joined Gene and Sally at the unicorn kegger, but Sally, after unsuccessfully attempting to replicate their accents, snuck off, convinced they were possessed.
Gene Hunt (havinhoops): Sally met Gene at his unicorn kegger, but began to suspect that his difficult to comprehend accent meant that he was possessed by a demon and might try to kill her.
Femur (bunnylegbone): They bonded over a love of cookies. Sally thinks Femur's nice, and doesn't notice her oddities, since she has too many of her own. They made a (poorly conceived) plan to contact the outside world together.
