I assume you went to the hospital and got checked out???

Paremedics were there. I asked if they thought it was necessary for me to go. Since I was walking around fine and nothing looked broken (and I've been to the doctor's recently anyway for other problems) they said they didn't think I would have a problem as long as I relaxed and didn't stress myself out too much... Why do they always add that? :/ Relaxing is near impossible for me.
