First and foremost - J2 were  stunningly beautiful in that episode - both and equally - “sleeping” Dean with his fine delicate features whom you can stare and stare and Sam who had lost some weight so hey! high cheekbones and his overall boyish look there while he was all rebellious.

I'm glad that we saw Sam getting his soul back before hiatus and i wonder what and if he remembers

Honestly, I think it would be more interesting if he does, it will just make sense - that he remembers what he did after he was back except for things the wall blocks him from, but at the same time he looked kinda too refreshed and innocent in the new promo and Dean was so enthusiastic to fill all the blanks (and may be because Sam didn't remember that he took the decision alone )so it might be other way, still I hope it will be interesting, but if we are to choose between straight logic of the plot and the brothers just having some peaceful time at last and rebuilding their bond - I go with the second option.
