CORNELIUS, KAREN, 45, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at home. She is survived by her husband, Tim Lashley; son, Timmy Lashley and his wife, Alisha; granddaughter, Kiara Lashley; brothers, Andy and Jeff Cornelius; and sister, Carolyn Colyer. Her funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road
