Sectum-sempra sounds like Rictusempra's evil twin

That's totally what I thought of too. Isn't Rictumsempra, like, the laughing curse or something? I couldn't remember what it did.

I'm not in any way a Harry/Draco slasher, but Harry's whole trying to get into the Room of Requirement bit made me giggle. I think my mind has been warped or something.

Have to say, I definitely loved the Slytherins in this book.

There was something in there -- oh! I remember! Ron is talking about Lavender, he goes, "It's like going out with the giant squid" and I was like, Ha ha! Squidporn!

I think Rictusempra is the laughing curse, and am too lazy to go to the Lexicon to check.

It was definitely a different experience reading this book, since I think I've been more immersed in the fandom since the last one.

heh, I checked. Rictumsempra causes a person to laugh uncontrollably.

Not that you could tell from the movie, or anything. :/

He took a year off to recover from his first year of teaching and do a little field research. So he taught during the twins first year, and they had a substitute in between.

...that is horribly funny and I have NO IDEA WHY.

Because I know I don't get the joke.
