I brought in apples to work this week, for samples, so that I can take orders and deliver them on Monday. This year I used a paper punch and a sheet of March of Dimes address labels to make little round tags for each apple to identify the variety. Last year I didn't, and it was all, "I tried this one...it was sort of red...and a little bit sweet,
