Finished chapters 1-18 and cleaned up a few things that I had left for later. Still haven't given Mrs. Scrabb a first name, but she can wait. I'm afraid I'm running out of plot--not that I don't know what needs to happen, but I'm pretty sure it won't take me to 50k. Oh well. I'll fill it in with a prequel, maybe. I wasn't editing--I've been manually typing in the word count most days and wanted to see how much I'd lose by using the txt upload. Turns out I'd lost around 200 words.

That's interesting...I haven't used the txt upload at all. I am really too lazy to convert my Word document. :p
