Whee, my first ever call to the poison control center! Help lines are fun! Also, when your cleaning product says to wear rubber gloves, do it.

Well, I'm typing, so clearly I still have fingers. :)

It's just a very mild acid burn. It didn't take long for me to notice that I was an idiot and washed it off thoroughly before calling--just to see if the note on the container to "Get immediate medical attention" was actually pressing. The poison control lady assured me that if I was going to blister up I would have done it already, and advised me to treat it like a mild sunburn.

Older, wiser, with slightly less skin on my hands :)

eww~~~Bummer. I'm glad that you're okay though.

Not to be a stickler, but 'Clearly' isn't so clear. You could be using one of those 'talk to type' programs...or you could be using a hook to type...etc.

What product were you using!?

It was a lime-and-grime remover. There was sulfuric acid in there. :P

Hey, I just got out of the hospital and I don't want to see you in one, so I'm taking the restriction from my doctor on doing any housework whatsoever for the next two weeks and sharing it with you. If you can't spread the love and good cheer, what good is it even having those kinds of restrictions?

Really, take care of yourself. Hands and fingers are a good thing to have.
