I typed up a cookie recipe for my aunt, so I thought I'd put it up here too. This is one of my Dad's two favorite holiday cookies, and I think I just got recruited to make them for the rest of my life. That's all right, because these might be the easiest cookies I ever made. Makes about two dozen.

Internet recipes are the best, aren't they? I have half an onion and some potatoes to use up, so I might be making your potato soup here in a couple of days.
