The thing about the Harry Potter films is that they create a weird middle-ground, a No-Man's Land between fandom and ignorance. Today at lunch, one of my coworkers had recently seen the movie, but was only halfway through the second book (and that abandoned for a year). You know, I often wonder what it would be like to see the Harry Potter movies without reading the books first... it sounds kinna weird, but I was wondering that while I was watching PoA. I knew what was happening next, and I wondered silently what it would feel like to see that wonder first hand. I mean, the Patronus part gave me chills.

Ooh. Someone died in your apt? COOL! I often wonder if someone died in my apt. I had wicked weird dreams when I first moved in, and I swore it had something to do with spirits infesting my room XD

How come you haven't had any fuzzy pets?

It's nice to have a good relationship with your neighbors. :-)

Heh. I love random encounters. And I know exactly what you mean about the half-fans...I'm never sure how far to go in HP conversations with them.
