More than a month since my last entry.  Life has been busy.  I am finally finished painting my house and am now in the final unpacking and organizing phase.  It feels really good.  I need to get some pictures hung and decide which chotchkes I'm going to display.  Then I need to get everything else stored somewhere other than the spare room.  As it ( Read more... )

I need a massage.  Or a vacation.

Wallpaper should be outlawed.  I have been spraying, scraping, peeling and scoring for days and I'm still not done.  And when I finish that, I have to wash, sand and paint everything.  Its going to look so good when its done though!    

I have the keys and the house is mine!  The waiting is over and now the work begins.  

Well it is now official.  The offer was accepted, I've met all the conditions in time and I get possession of MY house February 14th.  Happy Valentines day to me!  I've arranged for all of the utilities and now I think all there is to do is wait.  I imagine I'll be hearing from the lawyer soon about paperwork that I need to sign and I do need to ( Read more... )

I made an offer.  Now I just have to wait for their response.  Sooooooo anxious.

I'm going to look at a couple houses after work.  Wish me luck.

Friday again and I am so ready for the weekend.  Its the first full week I've put in since before Christmas and it takes some getting used to.  I start cleaning the office tonight.  It'll be a little extra cash in my pocket which will be a bonus.  Until Luke sells, the extra money will be used to whittle down my credit line.  Anything Hero wins ( Read more... )
