I am not a patient person.  I have hit refresh on my e-mail every five minutes today while waiting for more information on the mortgage application I filled out.  Hopefully I will hear something more concrete tomorrow.  Then I will know if I can move forward with this

Good luck...terriers can definitely have a stubborn streak. But like you said, it is not an excuse for disobedience so much as it is just one more thing to work through. :-)
