The weird thing about the conflation of homosexuality and incest is that I've seen it done both as a way of demonizing homosexuality and of glorifying incest. Everyone knows gay marriage will lead to siblings getting married, but did you know that embracing incestuous relationships is totally awesome because it's part of ending homophobia????? Overenthusiastic fans who think that creepy slash shipping is a form of pro-gay activism will be the death of me.
