The topic of this particular forum was "You will get heart attack if you stay longer in China". (What??) Ok, anyway, here you go:

My gawd, it was so painful to read. Who on earth frequents these forums, and what on earth is a topic like that doing there?! It's disgraceful.

It's not just this topic. Even the more credible looking sections like "Singapore Domestic Issues" have weird crap just like this. I wonder why ST doesn't come to these pages and ask the questions we're asking.

I know. I went back to look at the main phpbb page, and clicked on some of the threads that had a more serious title, but again, it was abysmal.

Re ST, maybe it's just because it's so shameful, and also because it doesn't necessarily reflect the YPAP, as although there are assigned moderators presumably, either they're not doing a good job or just "allowing freedom of expression" which is always a good excuse.

Maybe you should start a thread entitled "morons with bad english are a disgrace to this forum (or any forum)". Haha.
