meme time. this is the one where i speak to my fandoms and ex-fandoms, reminiscing fondly about our liaisons, and you guess which fandoms i am addressing. correct guesses win, er, a few lines of fic based on the fandom(s) guessed and the icon you use to post? which means crossovers are fair game

Curiouser and curiouser...but I shall not presume to know your fandom tastes (nor indeed their history), so here goes nothing:

I seem to recall you doing a similar fandom meme with choices that were just as difficult! or perhaps this is just beause my fandom experience is so extremely limited.

(I think CKD should be in there somewhere, but can't find anything which I think remotely fits - hence making up for it with Sukekiyo)

7. tactics, really -- i don't care much for the whole catboy angle in pmk, but that military-looking guy in tactics ( raikou? something like that? ) has always intrigued me.

Kabuto glances at L's caretaker. The old man - who has far too long a beard and far too knowing a twinkle in his eye - does not seem inclined to offer any comment.

"And so," L goes on, quite seriously, "if the evidence suggests that these murders could indeed have been committed by physical manifestations of some ancient life-force, then we must at least consider the possibility." He places another sugar cube upon the tower, contemplates the way it wobbles, then picks it up again and puts it out of its misery.

Kabuto wonders. "You dismissed that youthful charlatan readily enough -- the one who kept going on about demons and the like. I wouldn't have thought of you as the occult type."

"I'm not," L says, licking the sugar cube's remnants off his fingers. "But I have an acquaintance with experience in that area." A pause, during which Kabuto muses idly about the effects of high blood sugar levels. "He also makes very nice cakes, you know."

The only thing that comes to mind at the mention of vegetation is that strange white-haired man, the one who had told Light that he was infected with some strange bugs. In any case, Light is now convinced that Loki cannot be L; L would have been subtler, and would have asked less bizarre questions. "I'm neither vegetarian nor a botanist, if that's what you mean." He laughs his I'm-a-brilliant-but-harmless-student laugh.

"Kabuto does that laugh better," Loki says absently, "but I suppose he's had more practice doing so. No, you're not Baldr either. Baldr didn't even pretend to have a sense of humour."

none of those is right, i'm afraid! two of the fandoms are correct, but in the wrong places; and well, bleach is very close to fandom #2, if that helps?
