Clearly, plastic comes from magical plastic wizards. Don't disinform people with your wacko environmentalist concerns like conservation of mass and the finiteness of landfill volumes.

My standard line is, "I don't want to waste your store's resources if I don't have to."

And at the Super Target closest to my house, my bags are asked after if I forget them, by at least a couple of the cashiers.

great reason to keep the reusable ones. I try to keep them in my car, and some stores have been making handy dandy fold-down ones. :D

I do. In this particular case I didn't bring them in because I was only getting a couple of items.
