I don't know abouth this transferring. I would make an appointment with your academic advisor to see if the credits would transfer. Also call Concordia (514 848 2424) and find out about their policies regarding tansfers and such.
I do want you to come live in Montreal... it would be soo MUCH fun, but school is kind of a necessity...
I know people there suck but from what you told me you have some good profs and you're doing well so you don't want to screw that up.
