well, sorta. the line "the pink dew of afterthoughts" comes from a john ashbery poem called "suite." if you're interested, he's actually a really spiffy poet. you'd probably enjoy some of his stuff.

the other stuff is from a paper i was reading, literally, on synesthesia. and the honey thing is from one of my poems. and a little bit of my own input. this was just me being silly late at night, mostly, and feeling like it would be fun to write about.

but hey. whatever. if you're interested n ashbery let me know. there's some great poems like one called "as one put drunk into the packet boat" and another about "love" which begins with a guy getting a blow job from a guy and deciding not to think about it. it's amusing, actually.
