So, I am nearly 3 weeks into my new job. I still have not "warmed up to" it yet or the people there, but I try to fit in as best I can.  The pay increase is nice.  The additional dollars to my paycheck are noticeable, but probably not enough to put a dent in how much gas I'm using just to get there and back (42 miles, roundtrip).
