Josh, Thank you so much for this post, and sharing your experiences in sarejevo. I don't remember if I ever told you this, but my plan upon leaving the World Centre was to pioneer to Sarejevo. I was supposed to stay in the new Baha'i center as a care taker until I could find other means to support myself. The only reason that I did not go, was because at the time things were still tense for Americans there. A couple of months before I was to leave and make my new life there, An American UN soldier stabbed a big political figure in a bar, and American hatred re-emerged as a result. The ITC said that it was still my choice to go if I wished, but Mr. Grossman, who was an ITC member at the time, suggested that it might be one of those times to honor the wishes of my family. And sure enough, it wasn't meant to be for me anyway. I returned home when I wasn't really expected to, and Katherine stayed here when her Russian Visa fall through, and the rest as you know is history, and now we have a beautiful little boy to show for it.
