In which I can't write sex.
I can't write porn. Like I can't.
Funnily enough to try and get it down I'm using a method that velvet_mace recently used in her awesome Slave!AU Collared - which if you haven't been reading please do now because Mycroft is godlike, John is tragic and oh god, and then with Sherlock there its just rather a little perfect. Anyway praise aside in the latest installment of it it in short features John writing porn, writing it very mechanically like 'he did this, I did that' and with Mycroft beta'ing behind it by saying 'need more emotion' etc. Its brilliant but sick.
Yeah, that's how I'm doing it. Writing the bare mechanics and through the magic of editing adding in the emotions - will it work? Well Mycroft!muse is trying his hardest even though I feel like I'm pointlessly repeating myself on the emotions - all in all it won't be a very long sex scene, probably very short.
In fact here is a tiny bit - unedited and crap for yah all:
- He flipped Mycroft over. This was meant with some resistance and they fought each other - half heartiely he figured on Mycroft’s part but soon he had Mycroft on his back, wings pressed against and spread out on the mattress. He pulled back and looked at his Master’s face, the side of his lips quirking upwards.
Oh and yeah this is regards to my writing progress for Bloodstream. Its nearly finished but where there is this little part to write and then Meet The Parents. Yeah. So hopefully I can be down by the end of the month - I can only try but considering RL in the moment ... well yeah.
