I just had to rescue the Epyon from a pair of bickering insectoid robots.

I don't care what anyone thinks, I will be repairing it.
Today is 'Groundhog Day', a North American tradition in which people attempt to predict upcoming weather patterns by waking a large, ground-dwelling rodent from its hibernation and observing its behavior.  ( Read more... )

It's days like this that make me glad the Americans didn't adopt any of Sanq or Russia's holidays.

There is nothing 'wrong' with it, per se...legend and superstition are certainly a valuable part of culture. I just happen to find this one a bit ridiculous.

It doesn't know. No one knows, really. But people treat it as though it does.
