I've grown apart from 3 different best friends, and it's never fun or easy, and I sometimes wish for the days when I had that high school BFF feeling back.

My latest best friend is a woman from Arbor Consort... we don't have the traditional BFF relationship I feel like I had before I got married. We have a different sort of bff relationship. I think things change a bit when you've got a significant other that's really rock solid and steady and full time. I don't know if that makes sense. She's married and has kids, and we're just in the same sort of place in life, which means we understand each other's lifestyles.

Either way you have my sympathy for the bad, yucky and unwanted feelings. I hope things get easier for you soon. <3
