footprints on our hearts:
dinosaur tracks carved into the earth for a millenia
or
sandy trails left by ants.

It's all erased eventually, though some marks last longer than others.

"A life so beautiful, so burdensome, so limited..."

Pretty much sums up existence.

perhaps in an objective sense of the universal..

but not in the subject sense of the individual..

footprints we carry with us.. forever in us..
manifested in our thoughts, actions and perspectives..
never eased.. but often buried..
