I'll hold it in, like I always do, and Rich will suffer again, just as he has in the past because he can't bring himself to hurt others who consistantly have no quarrels about hurting him.

If these people consistently hurt you, then they aren't your friends, Richard you are a great person you shouldn't let others hurt you like this, let them know how you feel or just stop caring about them because they will continue to hurt you and you don't need or deserve that. You are too good of a friend for them. You have many friends that care deeply for you, don't let these bad people hurt you anymore.

You and I both know that John Williams is a very bright fellow. I echo his words. You really are a great person Rich -- and the fact that you still care about people who treat you like assholes speaks wonders about you. But my advice to you is this -- holding things in does nothing but escalate them. Take it from someone who wrote the book on keeping things inside -- sometimes the best thing to do is just let it all out -- it will make you feel a whole lot lighter.

Sometimes we carry huge loads on our backs trying to protect others -- but all we are doing is giving ourselves a hernia and teaching them to keep piling stuff on to our backs.

Try letting your feelings out -- it may be difficult -- but it will make you feel like a weight has been lifted off of your shoulders.
