For almost 6 years, I've worked at Trevarrow Ace Hardware. As of the beginning of this year, we were purchased and are now under new ownership. Today I learned that Scott, Ralph, and Ray were let go. It's very strange; although I rarely engaged in social activities with these people outside of work, I spent half a decade's worth of friday nights

o man? wtf is going on? those guys have been there way longer than mikes buddy that i never saw work.

and who is running the paint dept?

Yes, sadly it's true. The only reason I can think of is that Scott was making way more money than they wanted to pay him. The wife of the owner is now working in paint. Mike has done a tremendous job sucking up and kissing ass, and it's really starting to piss off the rest of the staff. There are rumors that two more people will be let go soon.
