Okay! Shotgun game impressions/rants. Putting my DS and PSP to good use. My Wii sees use, but it's mostly VC games and RE4 right now, which I've already played. The new controls are nice though.

Odin Sphere (PS2) is a very, very pretty 2D side-scrolling, brawler, RPG kind of - thing. It's hard to explain, but it is fun to play, though slightly ( Read more... )

Yay update! I've played both Etrian Odyssey and Luminous Arc and I agree. I gave up on Luminous Arc after I saw the battle system, I never fancied the whole Tactics battle system. Etrian Odyssey looked pretty...boring so I kind of stopped that before I even got into a battle. The only DS games I actually liked were Pokemon Diamond (I'm such a kid), Phoenix Wright:Ace Attorney and Justice For All. I really liked Harvest Moon Rune Factory though. Too bad my save got screwed up, I lost 10 days of work. By the way, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! :D

Lol I liked Pearl and Phoenix Wright2 as well, but there's not really a whole lot there to rant about since the games are pretty much what you'd expect from the series. I was thinking about getting HM: Rune Factory, but didn't know weather it was good or not.

Hey cuz! Hippo birdies (late, I know!). I suck at keeping up. I thought of you on your birthday, talked to Mem when she was with you or near you, and thought I would call you later and then fell asleep. (Bad back and all). Hope you're well. Shadow of the Colossus is a very cool game that I totally suck at. I'm trying not to look up the cheat tips online, but darn if I can't find things on that game! Got a new t.v. table this week so after I hook all my crap back up i'll try to work it again. :)
