i took a class at Red River College today. Certified Food Handler Training. it's a one day class to get my food handler certificate. basically they teach you proper sanitizing and cleaning procedures. proper food handling procedures. minimum temperatures to cook, cool and store foods, danger zone temperatures, cross-contamination, different kinds ( Read more... )

it's 3:30 on a saturday and i'm at home... this is so strange to me. i don't know what to do o.o

i donated blood today! be proud!

i "donate fast" cause it took like.. 5 minutes, if that, to get a pint of blood. so i got all light headed. the nurses were all swarming around me. they made me lay there for about half an hour and they kept feeding me apple juice, 3 cans! so i'm all bloated now...too much juice...lol but i guess i needed the sugar
