Started the $10/hr warehouse job, if I could have headphones it would be fucking ideal. I can't on account of wussits, haylifts for warehouses. FORKlifts. Yes. They'll kill you. Luka points out that I can ask if I can just wear one, I will inquire tomorrow. But yes, it is very mellow. Except from some lite proselytizing it has been quite enjoyable

Congrats on the new job! Though I was lead to believe it was going to be something a bit more interesting. Or did you decide not to do that job?

This reminds me of my old job transcribing for a market research company. It was hour after boring hour of typing la stupid, but it was so easy there were times I could split my mind and let it wander as I typed. Some of my most creative moments were while I was transcribing how a telephone repairman drove his truck over some old lady's petunias. $8.50 an hour to daydream, and it was worth every second.

Oh I'm doing that one, I just haven't gotten around to blogging about it. I should, it's yielded some interesting stories and self-reflection.

That sounds like a fun job :D You know, except how it's not, but if you're a fun person it's fun. Yeah. I can't talk.

Well, it was really boring, but sometimes the stupid things people said kept it entertaining. I used to post quotes for it on customers_suck, which of course was against company policy, but oh well.

I would love to see pictures of you in your other job uniform ^_~
