Susano is his dad. But Amaterasu is both Inari's Aunt and his Sister.They're aspects of both Shinto and Buddhist belief, so they exist as both. Since it's not the mortal concept of blood-relations, it makes sense to them. Maki thinks it's utterly confusing. Shin claims it makes sense, but even he is a little stumped by it. Amaterasu insists on being called Big Sis - "auntie" makes her feel old.

In shinto belief, Amaterasu and Susanoo were born from the great god as he was purifying himself from his trip from hell. So basically, they're siblings. They act like it too.
