Fired, just like it was guessed/Despedida, como se veía venir.

After an outrageous week, after working hardly even on weekends till very later, after guessing everything could change.... I have been fired.

That's right. I'm out of job again. As sad it sounds.

I've been lost since day-1, I've been working without knowing what I have to do exactly since that day till basically a couple of days ago. I've been ( Read more... )

Any job where they aren't even willing to train you on what they want isn't a very good job. I'm really sorry to hear it didn't work out, but I hope this can only mean the next job will be much better.

Oh, they were mean. One of their excuses for getting fired, was precisely telling I had a quarrel with one of my bosses. Such thing never happened! It's totally stupid.
The problem is the company that payed me: they worked with the company that put me for working here. Now, they'll get the wrong impression about me.

Yeah, it has been the main problem since day-1. Fortunately, my work companion has been very nice with me and he has helped me a lot, in both: training and moral support.
But the whole scenario just sucks: they wanted a working machine, without tranining at all. The problem isn't the lack of traning, only, but the fact that company thinks I'm useless, thus I cannot get a new job in that field anymore.

*hugs* I agree with Diane and Isa. It sounds like they were treating you terrible to begin with, and is it worth the heartache in the long run? I really hope things go smoother with the next job. You really got messed with.

Thank you. And yes, it was a collection of bad casualities. The bad thing is they thing it's my fault, or just try to project that feeling over me.
I've talked with the company that hired me in order to clarify what the hack happened at there. Apparentely, they understand people cannot work without the right training, but I'm afraid the bad impression remains. That's the main problem.
Now, at first I thought it was a very cool job, but after those events, I'm not that sure.

Thank you!
Eventually I've learned a little more about the reasons behind to be fired and now, it makes more sense. It wasn't my only faliure but something else. At least it has helped me to feel a little better.
