Here I am, back on LiveJournal. I've been here before, see, and my old LJ is most likely still around. But I'm starting a new one, because I have new purposes for this one. (Also, I seem to have changed the password and forgotten it. I will do something to recover it, at least so I can inform old followers who might still be around, but today isn't

I actually haven't seen any film version of it; for some reason I only read the book in adulthood, but it has since become one of my favourites. I love the theme of healing through nature and through appreciating the life and growth of all things. It tends to work for me, too; many sorrows are wiped away or at least made easier through spending time in the nature.

LJ has indeed become much less active in the recent years after other forms of social media became so popular. I migrated away for a while simply because nobody ever seemed to be reading and commenting anymore, and I had nothing to read and comment, and it didn't seem worthwhile without any sense of community. But now I'm planning to slowly build a new one. :-)
