I remember there being a catastrophe regarding your cake, but cannot remember the details.

When you speak with them next, bring a list of the problems you've had and request a price negotiation. They were supposed to deliver a certain caliber of service and have already failed; you have an excellent bargaining tool for bringing down the cost of your wedding.
