Venezuela's leader Hugo Chavez has called US President George W Bush as "the devil" in a speech at the United Nations General Assembly.

Is it far from the truth though? Bush was trying to basically legalize tortures that were already happening under his watch. Usually I hate when a head of state resorts to name calling, but I think Hugo got it right.
