Friday has come... may we all be grateful

Is there anything more miserable than working 5 days just waiting for the weekend. Then you finally get there, Friday night you go out, but it's not great because you are so damn tired from the week. Saturday, you wake up early because you are used to it, but you would rather just sleep. You do what you have to do Saturday, usually errands and such ( Read more... )

Friday's are bittersweet for me because I know that Monday is just 2 days away.

Friday's don't work like that for me. Everyone celebrates it as being the end of the work week, but I work every freaking day, so it doesn't matter. My days off are random - but never on a weekend.

Walgreen bastards.

I am off all week, only to be faced with working on the weekends.

It's delightful, yet backwards.

However, having 5 days "off" are not like being alone and having 5 days off, because being slave to a three year old and a house is harder work than ICU nursing.

What? People go out on the weekend? Since when......oh wait...I forgot....its different in mommy world than the "real world"
I kind of miss going out a little bit.. of course I then feel guilty for feeling like I want to go out.
