i can't usually get ahold of you though, just cos you're working so much and your cell died. i know you care.

i had three days from hell and i couldn't handle it. when i made this post, i had been hyperventilating/panicking for about fifteen minutes. i didn't calm down until i went downstairs for xanax and my mom heard me and she held my hand while i tried to stop.
