What Was I Thinking?

Why, oh why, did I sign up for summer classes?  Oh yeah, so I can both stay away from my crazy family and get that much closer to my degree.

*head/desk*

I think I need some more chocolate.

One of them isn't a foreign language, is it?

Thankfully no. It's just a computers class, which is actually very easy. It's just a matter of remembering to do the assignments on time. I am, however, trying to get back into playing the piano and working on my Spanish via Rosetta Stone. On top of picking up shifts left and right, helping out with my brothers, doing yard work, physically going to classes, and.... Well, you get the picture.

Forget the chocolate. I'm going for the beer.

Foreign language is the one subject I wouldn't suggest for consolidating into a three week summer course. Voice of experience: we only got out of there because we learned "D for diploma" in Spanish and had a sympathetic grad. assistant teaching.

Also voice of experience: over-scheduling myself. I came across some advice to actually time tasks, typically chores. When I did that I found out I was trying to stuff 5 hours worth of things to do in three hours. Without a time turner, it can't be done. ;) Don't feel bad if you let something sluff off.
