So, last week I got injured at work. I was rushing around and I ran into a bed of all things. A bed! So, I try my best to be a big girl and tough it out. After all, it was just a two hour shift and I had simply bumped my knee. How bad can it be?

Take it easy since crutches are a great excuse (though from the sounds of it, you need them). And don't push yourself to hard with the healing.

I hate crutches. I had them with a fiery passion. I hope that I never, ever, am in a situation where I have to use them again. On the plus side: That was probably the most intense ab/upper body workout that I've had in a long time.
